A Message From Our Founder
Hi, I'm Misti Ijames, Founder of Living Waters Recovery Residence.
Living Waters was born from my own journey of overcoming trauma, domestic violence, grief, and loss. Through faith in God, recovery, and the support of others, I discovered that healing is possible and that our past does not define our future.
Today, my passion is helping women find the same hope, healing, and restoration that changed my life. Living Waters is more than a recovery residence, it's a place where women are welcomed with compassion, encouraged to grow, and empowered to build a new future.
My prayer is that every woman who walks through our doors knows she is loved, valued, worthy of a second chance, and never alone.
With love and hope,
♡ Misti

My prayer is that every woman who walks through our doors knows she is loved, valued, and never alone.
See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? Isaiah 43:19
